- Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price. We accept secure payment methods. The order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Custom Swords: Customized orders are non-refundable once production has started. Please confirm all details (such as handle wrapping, wood type, and fittings) before ordering.
- Returns & Refunds: Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- Privacy & Security: Your personal information is encrypted and used solely for order processing. We will not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Export Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all local import laws and regulations regarding edged weapons.
