Prices Drop
At Lyuesword, we strive to offer fair and competitive pricing on all our handcrafted swords. This policy outlines our terms regarding price adjustments:
- Price Adjustment Eligibility: If the price of an in-stock, non-customized sword you purchased drops within 7 calendar days of your order delivery, you may request a one-time price adjustment.
- Exclusions: This policy does NOT apply to:
◦ Customized, made-to-order swords
◦ Items on sale, clearance, or special promotional offers
◦ Orders placed during holiday sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
◦ Bulk/wholesale orders
- How to Request: To claim a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window with your order number and proof of the current lower price.
- Refund Method: Approved adjustments will be issued as a store credit or refund to your original payment method, at your discretion.
- Right to Modify: Lyuesword reserves the right to modify or terminate this price drop policy at any time without prior notice.
