A: Orders can be modified/canceled only before production starts. Once production or shipping has commenced, changes/cancellations are not available. For custom orders, deposits are non-refundable after production begins.

Q1: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We ship globally via trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS, with tracking numbers provided for all orders.
Q2: How long is the production and shipping time?
A:
- Standard in-stock swords: Ship within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom/hand-forged swords: Production takes 15-45 business days, followed by standard shipping.
- International shipping: Delivery time varies by destination (usually 7-15 business days for express shipping).
Q3: Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: Import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by your local authorities.
Q4: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your email. You can track the shipment status directly on the carrier’s official website.

Q1: Are your swords battle-ready or decorative?
A: We offer both functional, battle-ready swords (for cutting practice, martial arts) and decorative display swords. Each product page clearly marks its type and specifications.
Q2: Can I customize my sword (blade, handle, fittings, etc.)?
A: Yes, we offer full customization for most sword models, including blade steel, handle wrap, tsuba (guard), scabbard design and engraving. Contact us with your custom requirements for a quote.
Q3: What is the difference between folded steel and carbon steel blades?

- Folded steel: Hand-forged with multiple layers, featuring a beautiful hamon (temper line), high durability and traditional craftsmanship, ideal for collectors and serious practitioners.
- High carbon steel: Cost-effective, excellent edge retention and hardness, perfect for daily cutting practice.
Q4: Do you sharpen the swords before shipping?
A: All functional battle-ready swords are fully sharpened and ready for use. Decorative swords are unsharpened for safety, unless you request sharpening at checkout.
- Return, Refund & Warranty
Q1: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for defective, damaged or misdescribed items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the error is our responsibility. Custom orders are non-returnable once production is complete.
Q2: How do I request a refund?
A: Contact our support team at lyuesword@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and process the refund within 7-15 business days after approval.
Q3: Do your swords come with a warranty?
A: We offer a 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects for all swords. Damage from misuse, modification or normal wear is not covered.
