Prices Drop

1. Price Adjustment Eligibility: If the price of an in-stock, non-customized sword you purchased drops within 7 calendar days of your order delivery, you may request a one-time price adjustment.
2. Exclusions: This policy does NOT apply to:

◦ Orders placed during holiday sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
◦ Bulk/wholesale orders
